Robert Kirkman, "The Walking Dead" comic book creator and executive producer of the AMC 'zombie' TV series, recently revealed that a prominent villain from the comic books will be joining the cast of the series:
Kirkman confirmed that the vile, baseball bat swinging comic book character 'Negan', who leads a group called the 'Saviors', will appear on the show, eventually killing one of the main characters.
"The plan is that we will see him eventually," said Kirkman.
"But I definitely do think there needs to be some kind of space from a 'Governor' into a 'Negan'. You have to have something of a break in there...But we are all very excited about the prospect of bringing that guy into the show."
