Cage Makes Millions Investing In Comic Books

Actor Nicolas Cage’s copy of "Action Comics" No. 1, published June 1938, featuring the first comic book appearance of 'Superman' has sold at an online auction for $2,161,000.

Cage’s copy of "Action Comics" #1, is the highest graded issue among the 100 known to exist and the first comic book to auction for more than $2 million.
Cage originally purchased the comic book in 1997 for approximately $150,000, making a $2 million dollar profit, on a comic book that originally sold for 10 cents.
